You can search all our databases from off campus!  When selecting a database from the Library website, you’ll be prompted to enter your Assumption College email login name and password.

The Emmanuel d'Alzon Library staff has created this guide to help you begin your research.  General and specialized reference books are good places to begin your research, especially if you don't know very much about your subject.  You can learn some basic information about your topic and some of the vocabulary used in that subject area.  This vocabulary will give you some ideas for words to use in your catalog and database searches. 

Remember to look for references at the end of reference articles to lead you to more resources.
